About Rescue 1122
Rescue 1122 is a free, 24/7 emergency service operating across Punjab, KPK, Balochistan, Sindh, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir. By dialing 1122 from any phone in Pakistan, citizens can quickly request assistance for fire emergencies, rescue operations, and emergency medical services.
The service was officially established in 2006 under the Punjab Emergency Service Act and has since expanded nationwide to provide timely life-saving support. At present, Rescue 1122 is headed by Dr. Rizwan Naseer.
